Returns & Exchanges

At this time and due to the custom nature of needlepoint, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is any issue with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery at loveknotneedlepoint@gmail.com. 

Shipping

Shipping is a $6 flat fee. For orders over $200, enjoy shipping on us!

Please allow 2 business weeks for your order to ship. Need it sooner? We try our best to make accommodations for our shoppers and stitchers! Please email us at loveknotneedlepoint@gmail.com.
